Legal agreement governing your use of 789rp platform and services
Welcome to 789rp. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 789rp ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the 789rp website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 789rp reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Indonesian Identity Card (KTP), utility bill, bank statement, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. This verification process is conducted in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations to ensure platform security and compliance.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
789rp accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and the maximum deposit amount may vary by payment method as displayed during the deposit process. 789rp does not charge deposit fees; however, your financial institution may impose transaction fees beyond our control.
Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 2-5 minutes of confirmation from your financial institution. If your deposit does not reflect in your Account within 15 minutes, please contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number. You acknowledge that deposit processing times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including bank processing delays, network issues, or scheduled maintenance.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and matching the name on your 789rp Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed or declined if your account has not completed KYC verification. All first-time withdrawals require identity verification via KTP or other acceptable identification documents.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (08:00 - 24:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be extended if additional verification is required or during periods of high volume. 789rp reserves the right to conduct security checks on withdrawal requests and may request additional documentation to verify the legitimacy of the transaction.

789rp may offer various bonuses and promotions, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. These terms will be clearly stated in the promotion description and must be reviewed before accepting any bonus.
Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 5x (five times) the bonus plus deposit amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000 and receive a Rp 1,000,000 bonus, you must wager Rp 10,000,000 (5x Rp 2,000,000) before withdrawal is permitted. 789rp strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other users, exploiting software errors or loopholes, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity to gain an unfair advantage. Any user found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account terminated, all bonuses and winnings voided, and funds forfeited. 789rp reserves the right to refuse bonuses to any player at its sole discretion.
All games available on the 789rp Platform are governed by specific rules published within each game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers. 789rp uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for casino games and sources sports betting odds from licensed third-party providers. While we strive for fairness and accuracy, 789rp is not liable for technical errors, malfunctions, or incorrect odds display.
For sports betting markets, including football betting (bandar bola), all bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the governing sports body. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets may be voided and stakes returned, or bets may stand if the match is rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by 789rp's sports betting rules. Live betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at 789rp's discretion to prevent exploitation of delayed or inaccurate odds.
789rp reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain games or bet types. These limits will be displayed in the relevant game rules or betting interface. In the unlikely event that a technical error results in an incorrect payout, 789rp reserves the right to correct the error and adjust your account balance accordingly.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 789rp and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) your fraudulent or illegal activity.
789rp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, prolonged account inactivity, or if we believe your activity poses a risk to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, you forfeit any bonuses and promotional funds in your Account. Any remaining balance of real funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you subject to verification and compliance with withdrawal requirements. If your account is terminated due to fraudulent activity or Terms violation, all funds may be forfeited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 789rp is licensed and regulated. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, 789rp may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent misuse of the Platform.
789rp reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
